The three-dimensional composite drainage net is also called the geocomposite drainage net, which is made with double-layer geotextiles on one or both sides of the three-dimensional geonet by applying a special bonding processing technology. The three-dimensional composite drainage net combines the characteristics and functions of both geotextile and geonet. It has the charatertistics of  filteration, drainage, ventilation, and enhanced protection. It is an ideal new type of drainage geotechnical material.

Description

Drainage net, also known as the geocomposite drainage net, is made with double-layer geotextiles on one or both sides of the three-dimensional geonet according to a special boding processing technology. The middle three-dimensional geonet is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as raw material, adding carbon black, anti-ultraviolet, and anti-oxidant reagents, and through a special extrusion molding process to make the reinforcing ribs cross-dimensionally arranged to make the three-layer three-dimensional structure Has extremely high rigidity and good drainage performance. The geotextile glued on both sides has good permeability, excellent mechanical properties, chemical stability and high friction coefficient, and strengthens the geonet, effectively preventing sand and gravel particles from entering the geonet and affecting the drainage effect. In this way, the three-dimensional composite drainage net combines the characteristics and functions of the geotextile and the geonet, and has the comprehensive performance of filteration, drainage, ventilation, and strengthening protection. It is an ideal new type of drainage geotechnical material.

Drainage Net Applications

As a new type of composite drainage geosynthetic material, the three-dimensional composite drainage net can be laid on the base layer to prevent sand and gravel from entering and effectively drain and strengthen, or it can be laid between the foundation and the base to facilitate drainage, and it can also effectively reduce frost heave.
